1. Are you manufactory or trade company?

Tokence is our trading company, but we also include a printing factory and a packaging factory.We are a professional board game manufacturer in Zhejiang China which have more than 25 years experience.
2. Can I purchase the product directly?

Sorry,the games we put on the website are all designed by other customers. They have copyright and are only used for reference and display, not for purchase.If there are any products for which we have sales rights, I will let you know.
3. How to get a quote from you?

Please send us your game details,such as the size of the board, the number of cards, the material of the pieces and so on. If you can send the whole artwork files in PDF or AI will be the best which also help us offer you an accurate price.
4. What is you sample policy?

We will quote you a digital print sample cost after you send us the details and design.Mostly the proofing fee can be totally refund after the offical order (usd 5000 at least) placed.
5. What is the sample lead time?

The samples will be ready for delivery in 7-15 days and sent to you via express once finished.
6. How to ensure product quality?

We will arrange inline and final inspection to ensure that your product no mistake. Third party inspection also accepted.
7. What about the lead time for mass production?

Usually within 30 days after the sample confirmed and deposit received. It also depends on the order quantity and the complexity of the game. Generally speaking,we will suggest that you start inquiry at least two months advance.
